1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TacForce Hub website (the "Hub"), reachable at kontakt@tacforcehub.com (referred to as "we" or "operator"). By registering an account or using features that require an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

TacForce Hub is an independent, non-commercial fan project for the community of the game "Delta Force" and has no official affiliation with the game's publisher or developer. Information on weapon stats, loadouts, maps, and other game content is provided to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee of accuracy or currency — especially after game updates, values may become outdated on short notice.

3. Registration and User Account

  • Registration requires a valid email address and a password.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for activity on your account to the extent the misuse is attributable to you.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • Registration is intended for users eligible to play "Delta Force" under its terms; if you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to reject registrations without stating a reason.

4. User-Generated Content (Community Builds & Profile)

Registered users can complete a profile (display name, in-game ID, profile picture URL, social media links) and publish their own weapon builds, optionally with an image. The following applies to this content:

  • You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your information, builds, and uploaded images.
  • You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any images you upload.
  • By publishing, you grant us a simple, non-exclusive right — limited to the duration of publication — to display the content publicly on the Hub.
  • In particular, the following are prohibited: offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content, copyright infringement, pornographic or violence-glorifying images, spam, and third-party advertising. Display names are additionally checked automatically against a list of prohibited terms.

5. Code of Conduct

Within the community, we expect respectful behavior toward one another. In particular, harassment of other users, attempted fraud, sharing of others' login credentials, and attempts to bypass the Hub's technical safeguards are prohibited.

6. Moderation, Suspension, and Removal

Administrators designated by us may remove Community Builds and restrict or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms of Use. A suspension results in immediate logout and prevents further logins as well as the creation of new builds with the affected account. We reserve the right to remove individual content even without prior notice if it violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

All content on the Hub (loadouts, maps, database values, news, guides) is provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency and does not replace official patch notes from the game's publisher. We assume no liability for content published by users themselves (Community Builds, profile information); we remove content that is recognizably unlawful or in violation of these terms upon becoming aware of it. For linked external sites (e.g. Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch), only their respective operators are responsible.

8. Availability

We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the Hub's constant availability. Maintenance work, technical disruptions, or changes to third-party services (e.g. Firebase) may cause temporary limitations.

9. Changes to these Terms of Use

We may adjust these Terms of Use as needed, for example when new features are added. We will inform users of material changes in a suitable form on the website to the extent reasonable. Continued use of the Hub after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Account Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time, informally, by email to the address given in item 1. We may permanently suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your habitual residence dictate otherwise. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
