Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires prior written consent.
2. Game-Related Content and Third-Party Trademarks
TacForce Hub is a private fan project and has no official affiliation with the publisher or developer of the game "Delta Force". Weapon and equipment images, map excerpts, game logos, and any other graphics originating from the game are the property of their respective rights holder (the publisher/developer of "Delta Force" or their licensors). They are shown here solely for non-commercial, informational purposes within the fan community. Upon a legitimate objection from the rights holder regarding this use, we will promptly remove the affected content on request (see contact in item 5).
3. Fonts
The fonts Oswald, Inter, and JetBrains Mono are embedded via Google Fonts and are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. The font "Nasalization" is served locally and used under the desktop license of Typodermic Fontfoundry; the license terms are included as a PDF in the project folder at fonts/Typodermic Desktop EULA 2023.pdf.
4. User-Uploaded Content
For Community Builds, users can upload their own images. By publishing, users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to these images (see also item 4 of the Terms of Use). Users themselves are solely responsible for the legality of these uploads.
