Throws a Blinding Gas Grenade to blind all enemies within range.

Deploys a UAV that grants nearby allies a buff, increasing their Handling and reducing their Hit Flinch. If they assist or get a kill while buffed, the next buff they receive will be even stronger.

Uses the "Dragonfly" Swarm System to deploy a swarm of UAVs forward. Allies along the path gain a brief adrenaline boost, while enemies along the path have their hearing, vision, and max HP reduced for a period of time.

In Operations, reduces the time it takes nearby squadmates to use consumables. In Warfare, reduces the time it takes injured squadmates to start healing.
