G.T.I. Standard Medal

A standard-issue medal distributed by G.T.I., representing an operator's tactical execution of strict adherence to rules of engagement, originally used to uniformly record standard combat results in routine operations. In the formal approval process, Raven forcibly tampered with the distribution authority for this batch of commemorative medals; he distributes these standard-issue medals to operators.
